Peanut Butter Power Balls
This year my goal has been to ditch the sugar. To successfully do this I need to have healthy alternatives! While I am still working out my fav go-to snacks these Peanut Butter Power Balls certainly don't disappoint!
Here's what you need!
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seed
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup of all narunat peanut butter
*1/4 cup honey or sweetener of your choice
1dash of cinnamon
Directions
1)Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2) Chill for 20 min if needed
3) Shape small bitesized balls
4) put in an air tight container and refrigeratr or freeze.
Some other additions
*Pumpkin seeds
*Shredded coconut
*Dried cranberries
*Chopped pecans
*Coco powder
*Dark chocolate chinks
