No Sugar Banana Treats
Years ago when I first did a 'no sugar' diet Increated these sweet little treats to curb my cravings! When I began my no sugar diet last month they were the first thing I began adding to my menu again!
2 mashed bananas (the riper rhe better)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (or whatever dried fruit you like)
1tbs vanilla extract
1 cup raw oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
2 pinches of ground ginger
1) Mix all ingredients evenly together
2)Heat olive or coconut oil in a pan
3)Form little patties with mixtuem and fry for 3 minuted on each side or until golden brown
4) Allow to cool for 5 minutrs!
These taste great topped with maple syrup or as is! My daughter loves them for her shcoool snacks!
